1. What are your opening hours and how can I book an appointment?
We are open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5 pm. You can book an appointment through our website, by calling us at 201-400-3490 or messaging us on social media. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
2. What services do you offer and what are the costs?
We offer bathing, full grooming, and daytime daycare. Prices vary by the size of your dog.
Services costs: bathing from $65, full grooming from $90, daycare: $50 per day.
3. What vaccines are required for grooming and daycare?
We require up-to-date records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvovirus, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all pups.
4. What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling within 24
hours is subject to availability.
5. What safety and well-being measures do you have for dogs in daycare?
Safety and well-being are our top priorities. we have trained staff, secure and clean
facilities, and constant supervision. All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations and
non-aggressive. If your dog needs medical attention during their stay, we will contact
you immediately.
6. What should I bring when I leave my dog at daycare?
To ensure your dog has a comfortable stay, please bring: a properly fitted collar/harness with
identification, necessary medications (if applicable) with clear instructions, enough food for the
day (we don’t provide food), their favorite toy or blanket for comfort.
7. How do I pay?
You can pay online through our secure payment portal, or you can choose to pay in person
with cash, credit, or debit card.
